1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Ellede Technologies platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Services Provided

Ellede provides technology assessments, sourcing recommendations, and a public directory for African startups. We act as a neutral advisor and facilitator. We do not guarantee the performance of third-party technology providers.

3. User Obligations

You agree to provide accurate and truthful information when registering, requesting assessments, or listing a startup. Startup listings are subject to a $15/month fee and internal review/approval by Ellede staff.

4. Payments & Refunds

Subscriptions for startup listings are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time. Refunds are generally not provided for partially used months, but we review disputes on a case-by-case basis.

5. Limitation of Liability

Ellede Technologies Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our platform or the implementation of our technology recommendations.
